EASY ICE CREAM (SUGAR FREE)

12-18 packets Equal
5 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
2 pkg. instant sugar free pudding
1 can evaporated milk

Depending on how sweet you like your ice cream.

Mix together all ingredients and freeze. Change flavors of pudding for different flavors of ice cream.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM WITH EQUAL

1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. cold water
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
6 packets Equal
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Process strawberries in blender or food processor until pureed. Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat 1/2 cup of the cream to scalding over low heat. Add Equal and vanilla; stir to dissolve. Add softened gelatin. Cool by placing pan in cold water. Add remaining cream and the strawberries. Blend well.

Pour mixture into freezer trays, cover with transparent wrap and freeze until firm (or pour into your ice cream maker). If in freezer for more than 6 hours before serving, allow to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Go to splenda.com I went they had a few recipes and would probally have a way to break measurement for sugar to splenda. Enjoy I love icecream.
References :
I know that sugar can not be substituted with artifical sweetners because the sugar is used as part of the cooking process. That being said, sugar is not necessary to make ice cream. You can substitue splenda for sugar but I don't know what the ratio is.
