Does anyone know if this can be done with honey just as easily? I can’t handle sugar. I made some nice jam with honey but it went moldy after a couple months. Any ideas on that??

hello, this was a great video. i made strawberry-mint sorbet and mango-basil. It turned out pretty tasty! mine came out with larger ice crystals than I’d like, not as smooth as commercial sorbet- is there a way to make it smoother? should i stir it once in awhile while freezing? thanks!
