I’m not sure if this will help you, but I throw in individual containers of yogurt into the freezer for a cold treat : )

Ice cream made without egg yolks or an ice cream maker will be grainier because it has larger egg crystals.
Just take any ice cream recipe that does not call for egg yolks or omit egg yolks. Put the ingredients in a bowl, and chill. When you’re ready to make it, put the bowl in the freezer and set a timer for 15 minutes. When the timer goes off, stir, and repeat as many times you need to until it is thick and hard to stir. When it starts to freeze, you will need to make sure you mash up any .lumps.

Add milk and lots of cream and let it sit in the fridge for hours then stir then back in fridge then stir. Keep doing this till it’s thick

you can do that with vanilla yoghurt.
But vanilla ice cream is available from the shops (if you are that lazy) ;o)
