What did you make for dinner Saturday night?
We had friends over to watch the NZ-France Rugby game. Cooked Rack of Lamb with caramelised garlic in mashed potatoes and steamed brocolli, with Citron Syrup cake for dessert?
Sounds yummy. I grilled BBQ chicken while the little lady made salad, baked potatoes and cut up some watermelon. The perfect summer Saturday meal. . . . .

I wasn’t quite that elaborate. I made wraps with swiss cheese, Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, crabmeat and spinach, fried in olive oil and chopped garlic. Tasty, cheap and healthy.
