Why would you stop …
Why would you stop doing something that really works fro you? Something tells me you won’t feel so well if you start eating cooked food. Cooked foods lead to more condimments and more bad cooked foods. I should know. that is why I struggle. It is not about dogma, it;s about enjoying what you feel like with what you eat. Anyway, it should be one day at a time! Dan don’t forget how healed you got form this way of eating. The other way wasn’t working for ya right?

i understand what your talking about healing diets not working after a while, but i cant really see how stopping raw foods would be bad…if not optimal. i mean its not like youre on pain meds that work after a while then stop….your body is a life forest…and if you stay healthy itll always stay thriving
